Please Help me Print 4x6 in Photoshop!

I want to print out my photos on Canon 4x6 Photo Paper Plus Glossy on my IP4200 using Photoshop. The Easy Photo Print Plus program that came with the printer works, but it's PowerPC and I would rather use Photoshop.

I can't figure out how to print properly on 4x6. Can someone please help me and lay it out step by step?

Run /Applications/Utilities/Printer Setup Utility
Click [Add]
Click [More Printers]
Select the Printer Interface (i.e. AppleTalk, Bluetooth or Windows)
Under [Printer Model] select Canon
In the window that opens scroll and find your Model # and select it, click [Add]
(If you have a CD with drivers on it you may need to install these if not available in the menu)
Quit Printer Setup Utility

In Photoshop go to File/Print and the Canon should be there.

My printer is working fine and it shows up in Photoshop. I was asking how to print on a 4x6 sheet though.

JayHacker - in CS2 I open the picture file > file > page setup (format for your printer) > paper size > 4x6 (option for borderless) > go to print option under file menu.
