Bluetooth on iOS devices is used to connect to various things like headphones, speakers and keyboards. It is not set up to allow the transfer of files.

May 10, 2014 7:45 AMby Ralph Landry1,The supported iOS device Bluetooth profiles are: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3647 and the iOS Bluetooth has never supported connection to another iOS device or computer. This has been fully tested and found to work with the devices that are consistent with the profiles in that knowledge base article.
