recover deleted photos from mac

Need a little help deleted my photos, need to recover them?

open the iPhoto trash and select the photos you deleted in iPhoto (where you posted) and put back

If you haven't emptied the iPhoto or Dock Trash bins they will be in one or the other. Do what Larry suggested.
If you have emptied the Trash you'll need to restore the iPhoto library from a backup made just prior to the deletion or use a file recovery application like SubrosaSoft FileSalvage to try to recover the files.
A bit lot more detail on what you did and how you did it would be helpful.
