I have a ipad 3rd generation, my problem is that I'm trying to connect my ipad to my itunes but my pc cant detect my ipad? My USB port is working even my data cable are also ok.

To Anyone: For the second time my ipad was been disabled, then when im trying to restore it using my itunes my pc cant detect my ipad. My USB for and data cable are working well. Do you guys encounter this problem before. I need some input for my reference and review. I hope someone can help me with my problem. Thanks.
