If i rub my fingers accorss the mouse pad quickly it appears agin for 2seconds then dissapears again, what is going on? Its so frustrating and im in the middle of an assignment so I cant restart computer as I will lose all my Internet tabs that are open.
Any ideas?

I have had exact same problem for many months. I am not sure how to reproduce it but I have a quick dirty way to get it back (or at least it works for me 100%). All I do is to close my macbook and reopen after a short few seconds, this way I don't have to reboot. Hope this helps.
