"Wattage" - do you mean maximum acoustic power output? If so, there is no such specification for iPhones.
If you mean maximum allowsed amplifier power input without damage: it can take everything the iPhone can put out.
From the internal speaker? Probably about 30 mw, the same as the audio output available at the lightning connector or the headphone jack. But the output power of a speaker is a meaningless rating, as the output volume depends on the efficiency of the speaker, which is really unknown.
thnak you for your response. Basically what im looking at is getting an external speaker for my iphone,but also can use on my laptop.......but wasn't sure what volume of sound it was outptting from the internal speaker.......as whatever that is, i need it to be at least 3 time higher in sound.

OK, what you need is an amplifier. The output power of the iPhone will work with any amplifier that has a "line input". So just get an amplifier capable of driving whatever speakers you have. Standard external computer speakers will work, but if you want something more than that consider something like the Sonos line, which doesn't care about the output power of the phone as it connects wirelessly.
What you really wanted to know is the power output of the iPhone audio output, not the internal speaker.
Most accessory iPhone speakers come with built in power amplifiers, which is why they play louder than the phone's internal speaker. The power output of the phone is irrelevant. You need to look at the specs of the speakers you're conssidering and audition before buyny
