I have a new ipod tpuch. I want to sync my itumes. I need to restore the passcode but it is sending it to an old e-mail I no longer have. help?

I have a new ipod touch. I want to sync my sonds. I need to set a new access code but the original device was registered with a different e-mail. It is not letting me. How can I change/update my e-mail?
