Mainstage 3 with Nord Lead 4

Probably a ridiculous question, especially as I'm pretty well versed in using this, but I am currently experimenting with MIDI Clock and a Nord Lead 4. I want to be able to have the mod wheel work on the synth itself, but not effect the software sounds. I'm sure it's very simple, but brain is not functioning at full capacity.
