Q: how do I stop my iPhone 4 from going straight to voice mail?

My iPhone 4 keeps going straight to Voice Mail and then I get a notified of missed calls? How can I correct this?

Check your Do Not Disturb http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5463 Settings

If the issue persists... Contact your Carrier.
