2) See if the content is available for redownload. Previously purchased items might not be available if they're no longer on the iTunes Store.

May 10, 2014 8:07 PM in response to AnaMusicby psycadeli,thats the thing ive tried that. i dont know how to recover the full verison of the app. The app im talking about is "ChordBank" even when i go into the app to upgrade it to the full verison it asks me to sign into the itunes store but always has a problem connecting i dont know if its a bug or not but something is wrong.

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... (But can take Longer..)
Release the Buttons...
