Q: I prepurchased a song but and have been notified it's able to be downloaded, but when I go to download it is not there an I check my songs and it's not there. Has this happened to anyone else ???

Please help I really want the song and I have no idea why this happen it has done this before

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.1
