I have just purchased an iphone 5s,and have cancelled back to default on my old iphone 4s. This has given me a problem with find my iphone, the account registered on icloud is not my apple i.d. so the find my iphone does not work. How do i change the id. and password for the icloud account on the phone.

You need to return the Device for a refund, as you will not be able to re-activate it.
