I can't install OSX Mavericks on my 2009 Macbook Pro. It meets all the requirements. What gives?

Well, when I tried to install it, I get the alert " OSX Mavericks cannot be installed on this computer". It's so strange. I triple checked all the requirements!
Check that your computer is compatible with Mountain Lion/Mavericks.
To check the model number hold down the option/alt key, go to the Apple menu and select System Information.
