ipod shuffle won't charge or turn on

I have a pink ipod shuffle which has worked fine. It turned itself off when I last used it and now it won't work. I've tried to charge it using three different chargers and i get nothing. any advice?

If the iPod shuffle will not charge or turn on, I suggest you try to reset it before seeking service options. The steps for resetting the iPod shuffle can be found in the following article.

Resetting does not work - it will not turn on at all. It won't charge. It gets warm when plugged into the charger like it is getting juice but nothing.
