Q: I had tried a billon times resetting my apple id passwords & still cant sign into my mac pro nor my hp... so pls pls help???

Please can someone pls help me out i had been resetting my apple id passwords a billon thousands times & still can't sign in even it said password had been reset???

i did this on my mac pro n even my hp can't update pls help me out what can i do & am am not good with computer? :\
