Q: Security question answers forgotten

I am unable to remember the answers to my security questions.  I went to the password and security tab as instructed but there is no link there to request an email to my rescue email account to reset my security questions.  Is there another route?

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.6

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.


    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
