I have not been able to work out how to save numbers on my 3s Iphone to my sim and have brought a 4s but numbers not on my sim when I put the sim in new phone it says no numbers on it....Thanks for any help truely grateful

You can ignore Apple100200300's post, as it is not correct.
iPhone stores no data on a sim card, thus it is not possible to save anything, using an iPhone, to a sim card.
