ibook store filters not working

I did a search on Aperture to see if I could find a recent book that covers 3.5, as a number of changes were made to the app from 3.0. After the results returned I tried to sort by date, the entire results section blanked out. Cntl-R refreshed the screen, so I clicked on the Category Photography, same results. Anyone know of a fix for this? This is v1.0.1 on a Mac.
