Q: unlock request payed for

hi i recently upgraded my 4s to a 5  and i have been waiting a month and half for a unlock request thats been payed for  ive rang the sim provider up and they have said the problem is with apple  im a bit lost on what to do as my 4s only took 9days to be unlocked the 

the provider the phone is on is orange uk (ee) has any one any ideas on what to   i have restored the phone is itunes   erased the phone aswell   also tryed different sims in the phone      only the orange one works at the min

    Orange can take up to 30 days and longer if they feel like it

    Nothing to do with Apple .The decision and process is controlled by the carrier

    i thought that i rang them at dinner today and they took my autherisation code from when i payed and they said they would argue it out with apple

    There is NO code

    They send an automatic link to Apple Database which removes the device from the locked to a carrier status and removes it from the database

    You restoring as new resets your iPhone to a non carrier status

    They have complete control over process just as they do when the device is listed as locked when the carrier process the Sale at point of sale

     

    Locking is nothing to do with Apple .They only provide the database because Carriers worldwide demand it

    This is exactly how EE and their bits operate .Problem is you have no rights unlocking is within their gift to use a legal term
