Slide to unlock isn't working

First let me ask you these questions.

1. Do you have a protective film on the phone? Like an antiscratch film?

2. Has the device been exposed to liquid or dropped?

3. When you mean you "reset" the device did you hold the home button and power button?

I have the same problem. Were you able to fix this problem at home or did you have to physically go to the Apple store?

2. Has the device been exposed to liquid or dropped? No.

3. When you mean you "reset" the device did you hold the home button and power button? I am unable to reset my phone.

The slide to unlock doesn't slide. I asked Siri to unlock, it can't. I have to enter the passcode but I can't.
