my iphone was stolen two days ago. and i can't find it anymore in my apple id profile. i wanted to register it again but it failed. it says that this device is connected to another apple id.

So, you are saying the thief also hacked into your Apple ID to remove the phone from your profile, and that you never set a passcode for the phone?

it seems like it. but i did have a code on it.
when i try to register it with the serial number it says that this is not possible because it is connedted with another apple id.
Whoever stole it knew your passcode and Apple ID/password???
Nothing you can do now, other than figure out who had access to that info and report it to the police.
okay i tried it like twenty times and now i could add it to my devices. i dont know why but i have it now back on my device list.(on "my support profile") you have any idea what i could do now?
and no one could ever knew my code and password 😉
