I was lost my iphone in the house and all location serveses were on every thing was on exept for the battery and it says it will locate its last location for 24 hours its only been 15 and i cant see the last location bar. i am going on my computer from icloud. am i supposed to go to my ipad and get the the app becasue it has more option or something? fyi i got ios 7

If your phone hasn't been powered on since you lost it and/or the battery is dead, you will not see its location. It must be powered on and connected to either a wifi network or a cellular one in order to report its location.
Also, the location probably wouldn't be precise enough to show you where in the house it is anyway.
