Nobody can help you. There is no way to bypass the Activation Lock.

Ask the seller to remove it from their iCloud account, or return the phone and get your money back.

There is no other solution.

The only way to get that iPhone to be operational for you is to get the AppleID and password that locked it.

Without those the iPhone is totally worthless to you.

You need to get the former owner's Apple ID and password, or get the former owner to remove the iPhone from his iCloud account.
