Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Since you are unable to pair with your Bluetooth accessory, try the following articles.

Sep 30, 2014 2:43 PM in response to Jinggo78by Maximum Firepower,I have a keyboard that I had previously (successfully) paired with my iPad 2. I haven't used them together in a long time.
I have been trying to pair the last 1-2 days and have had no luck. Most of the time the iPad doesn't detect the keyboard from the Bluetooth Settings. Occasionally it will detect, but when I click it to pair it will take awhile and then simply alert "Pairing Unsuccessfull".
The light on the keyboard indicates to me that it's paired (3 seconds of green and then off - as opposed to the flashing which indicates it's unpaired). I put in fresh batteries. I know it's working because I can turn on Caps Lock.
Any ideas? Any way to reset the keyboard so as to start more from scratch? I don't have a PIN in my Apple keyboard manual. If I recall correctly, last time the iPad asked me to enter a confirmation code on the keyboard and hit enter.
I'll have to check out the pair of links (Using and Troubleshooting) but I think I've tried everything I found in them.
My computer died and now I'm waiting for my new Macbook Pro. Need my keyboard paired with my iPad to stem the tide!
