Hello all,
I have noticed an issue after updating to Safari 7.0.3. On some websites I try and load it will stop loading all together. If I keep trying to refresh to page it still does nothing.
However if I open another browser on my Mac it works fine.
Any ideas how to resolve this? its getting really annoying and I really like using Safari compared to other browsers.

No I don't have anything like that. Please see below. I currently have CleanMyMac running deleting a load of files.

Actually you do have some of that garbage. Clean My Mac 2 is conspicuously fingered as using 108 percent of your CPU cycles. You must get rid of it completely.
VitualBox was reported as a problem child in a post today in another forum. The user had deleted the main app but did not use an unistaller, so backgorund elements were left behind and active.
Is Eclipse a cloud-type automated backup program? Some of those can slow performance.
Whats the best way to uninstall Clean my Mac and Virtual Box? to remove them compleltly?

When loading a website the loading simply stops the blue loading bar at the top of safari wont move at all... If I fully close Safari and try again it starts working.
From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari âč Preferences... âč Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
Already tried this. Did not resolve the issue.

This procedure is a test, not a solution. Donât be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only âGuest Userâ login created by âFind My Mac.â
While logged in as Guest, you wonât have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Donât be alarmed by this; itâs normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If youâve activated âFind My Macâ or FileVault, then you canât enable the Guest account. The âGuest Userâ login created by âFind My Macâ is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a Fusion Drive or a software RAID, you canât do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things wonât work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If youâve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2.
The issue hasn't occured again yet. I will try these steps if it does.

After all this, this has now happened again. What is the point in these updates they are so buggy.

Please give a specific example of a site you're having trouble with.
Erm logmein.com and also our work's CRM system which obviously I am not going to provide the link for. I have checked with our mac users in the office and they are also having the same issue but on different websites to me.
