how to install amplitude 3

hello i have just got my self my first mac wanting to use it for my guitar software. so i went to ikmultimedia web site to get the software downloaded it but cant get it to install keeps saying about untrusted software what is the best way to get the software on my mac. this is probably the only software i want to install. thanks
