my me emails won't cross over to my pc

I have an icloud email address that i receive on my ipad and iphone but will not open open my pc?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

Make sure you set up your iCloud email account using these settings: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4864.
