but i am relly dissapointed from how easy and stupid is to believe i am secure with password
at the first the fileVault is out of question
as the firmware i cant fint it ...apple tell is an old page
btw i dont want to be an expert to secure my macbook

You can enable the Firmware Password:
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
From the Utilities menu select Firmware Password. You can set or remove a Firmware Password using this utility.
