How do I remove a website icon that is on my iPad mini home page?

Press and hold down on the icon until they all start to wiggle. You should see an "x" in the upper left-hand corner. Click on that to delete it.

If the icon is on your Safari page go to bookmarks> favorites> slide the name of the website to the left and tap delete.
