Pairing an iPhone with a computer via Bluetooth is only supported for tethering (i.e., personal hotspot or sharing the phone's cellular internet connection) and that is only possible if your cellular plan allows it. Following is a list of supported bluetooth profiles: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3647

If you are attempting to connect for use as a personal hotspot, the following may help: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2756
