Please, need help! Can not download applications. When i try, me device reboots and nothing happens! What have i do?
iPad, iOS 7.1.1
Try this:
Quit all apps: Double tap the Home button and swipe the app preview page up for each open app
then
Reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)
Made everything you said. But when i tap the cloud icon near the app in the appstore my ipad still reboots
Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and click on your Apple ID then choose Sign Out.
Now open the App Store app, tap Featured, scroll to the bottom and tap Sign In > Use Existing Apple ID then enter your Apple ID & password.
This worked for a one app. But ghe problem is still there.
Can you explain?
It let you download one app then it started rebooting again?
Is this a Wi-Fi only iPad?
Try removing your Wi-Fi network (Settings > Wi-Fi > tap the i next to the connected network > Forget this Network) then re-add it.
So my problem is:
A have re-entered the ID
Went to purchase page
Tapped on a cloud icon
Then the application began to download
I tapped another one
And the iPad had rebooted
I've tried the thing with the wi-fi network. No result.
Open iTunes on your computer and go to the iTunes Store, navigate the the App Store, find the apps and download them then sync them to your iPad.
If nothing else is working, you may need to try a restore.
Backup your iPad via iTunes or iCloud.
Connect it to iTunes on your computer and restore. This will redownload (if necessary) and reinstall iOS.
After it finishes try restoring from your backup. If that does not fix the problem then try restoring again, this time as a new device (not from a backup) as the problem may have gotten backed up also.
