Strange GUID issue

In the Public Site Manager, the GUID for some of the files in one of my Apple hosted collections is appearing as a full URL and not the expected multiple digit number. These files are also using a frame from the video as the icon instead of the icon associated with the collection.

I'm expecting something like:

GUID

6848295061

but instead I am seeing:

GUID

CobaltPublic4/v4/03/bd/4a/03bd4ae9-5c34-12b0-fbba-f9cf36e45eab/313-5444860298091 195229-Daniel_Gottleib_Bringing_Pavlovs_Science_to_Behavior_Analysis_.mp4

Any ideas?
