My friend sent me a gift card last night
But i haven't receive it
It was 10 hours long
My friend use send gift in itunes

If they've tried resending it and you still haven't received the email on the account that he/she sent it to then your friend will need to try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can help with why you haven't received it (he/she will need to contact support as they are the person sending the gift) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
