Sound quality issue on my iPhone 5s. There is very little stereo separation, and very noticeable in songs with a good separation in beats between the two speakers.

Has anyone faced this issue? Do you know how to resolve this?

Thanks for your response. I have seen the issue with my apple ear phones and another set of BOSE headphones. I compared the sounds with another iPhone and a macbook and another laptop.

I took it to the apple store yesterday, but it was so noisy in there, that the help person said he couldn't hear the difference I was talking about 😟. So I came back home with it.

I did some more testing/comparisons yesterday (it was crazy because my wife couldnt feel the difference but I could, and I thought maybe I am just making this up in my mind...lol). Then i tried to find some sounds to test stereo separation on you tube. I found a few sounds that you should only be able to hear on you left speaker, and your right speaker should give no output at all. I tested these sounds on my wifes iPhone, and it was fine. When I hecked this on my iPhone, I could hear the sound on both left and right speakers!

I am glad I have proof that I am not going crazy! I will go back to the apple store and show them what I am talking about. Lets see how it goes.
