I cannot upload any type of browser on my MacBook Pro

I have trouble navigating the internet. I cannot open safari, google or chrome on the internet. Please help me to fix this problem. Thank you!

MacBook Pro (17-inch Late 2011), iOS 7.0.3

Can you connect to Mail and App store?

If not, try this.

Deselect Proxies if selected.

System Preference > Network > Advanced > Proxies Tab

Under "Select Protocol", uncheck any box if selected.

Click "OK" then "Apply"

Dominic23. Thank you to responded me. Unfortunately it did not work. I did the step as you told me to do so.The boxes were uncheck under "Select Protocol" I can only connect to e mail. I just tried to connect to App Store and I go an error message stating "request timeout the server timed out while waiting for the browser's request. Reference #2.98672fc6.1400133698.0. Please help me to resolve this problem. Thank you for your understanding.
