I have 20 gigs of "OTHERS" on my iPhone !

How could I reduce it and spare some space ?

Is it from the email cache of the Apple Mail App ?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1, 64 Gb

"If restoring using your backup didn't work, you'll have to save as much of your data as you can (import your photos to your computer, sync your contacts and other data with iCloud, email things like Notes and Voice Memos to yourself, sync with iTunes to transfer all your purchases, etc.) and then restore it as new without using your backup." - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4442837?answerId=20054011022#20054011022
