Losing calendar events

I am losing calendar events from my iPhone. These are events that are sync'd with MSExchange Outlook. When they disappear from my phone, they also disappear from my iPad and my Outlook and the person that sent the event has it deleted. I have tried all the fixes mentioned in other posts, nothing changes. The whole calendar does not disappear, just random events.
