I'm writing to you on a different matter here because I'm not savvy enough to find you on support!

Anyway, my sister from the United Kingdom sent me her old iphone, I live in US. I want to change the appleid and uk phone no to a US phone and a new appleid. Is it possible to get a US phone no? Also, her phone may be synced so I am afraid to erase anything until I am sure of what I am doing, she would not be happy to lose her stuff!
