remote control of ipad

I bought an Ipad for my Mother (she is in the 70's, technologically challenged) hoping it will be easier for her to use, than a windows PC. With the PC, I was able to use some remote control programs to assist her remotely. I was using team viewer and it worked just fine.

Is there an equivalent for the iPad ? Please note that I dont have an iPad myself, all I have is an iPhone 4. Otherwise, a windows PC.

Thanks !

If you just want to remote control the iPad via an actual, physical remote control

Check this out.

A dedicated WifI and/or Bluetooth remote for Macs and for iOS iDevices by a company called Satechi.

Found here.

Good Luck!
