how to switch between english and arabic language on mac?

If you are talking about typing, then you need to go to system prefs/keyboard/input sources and use the plus and add buttons to activate an arabic keyboard, and then select that keyboard in the "flag" menu at the top right of the screen.

Open System Preferencees > Language & Region

Click + the select Arabic then click Add.
