how can I sync my contact information on Outlook with my Iphone

Company contacts are not being updated on my Iphone. Is there a way to sync them automatically?

iPhone 5, on company server

You can use a feature built into iTunes on your Windows computer to help you sync your Outlook contacts with your iPhone:
