All of a sudden c.betrad.com keeps popping up on my ipad interruping what I am doing. How do I get rid of this thing?

I've just started seeing the same thing. I was in Words with Friends when the iPad mini suddenly launched Safari and tried to go to c.betrad.com. Nothing ever actually displayed, but this feels a lot like a virus. I had been in Facebook before that, and after I shut down FB and went back into WwF app, it didn't happen again. So, I'm wondering if this is something related to the FB app.

Any ideas, anyone?

Based on what you said, I would say the problem is Words with Friends. I was also redirected while using WWF on my mini, so it sounds like that app is the common factor.

(ios 7) try going to settings -> notification center -> scrolldown until, you find: words with friends -> click on it -> at the top are 3 pictures 1: none 2: banner 3: alerts try tapping banner or none.

this will change the kind of notification you will get (works with every app)

In my case, it wasn't a notification pop up. Instead, while I was in WWF it suddenly brought up Safari with c.betrad.com as the URL to which it was trying to go. In fact, I already have notifications turned off for that app.
