Q: 10.9.3 updated - now i have graphics issues

i have a Macbook pro mid 2012. The same exactky happend for me but restarting didnt fix it
any idea how to fix it?!

Maybe due to scaling in "screen" system preferences.

i checked that ,..not working

10.9.3 provided new graphic drivers as well as new comportement with external display(s) so it might be a driver issue but i'm affraid i can't help. Try to report it to Apple, if it's not an isolated case they should react.

Nothing i tried fixed this so far.

I did this and it worked for me

Go to system preferences ----> Displays-----> color tab run  a new calibration , restart then go to the settings again and choose the old calibration and remove the new one

Fixed this for me, but now i do have another problem, graphic performance is not really smooth now.

Switching desktops, moving window, even opening/closing folders works with a stuttering now, it's pretty slow with a ghostery effect.

My bet is the new graphic drivers are kind off... well, not good. On 10.9.2 everything was super smooth, now this

After the 10.9.3 update on my early mac pro 2008 with upgraded ATI 5770 with 1024MB

my computer would not wake from sleep so

1. I did the 10.9.3 complete update and that did not work so

2.  I searched for someting and only came up with this  from Cna93and IT WORKED, my computer now wakes from sleep, I just hope it keeps on working now.

Apple you need beta testers that actually USE YOUR COMPUTERS!!!!!!

Nope the poroblem came back, I had to disconect my other monitor.

I have several users having this same issue. they are all on MAC Pro Late 2013! I thought this update was suposed to fix the issues with the trash cans, not turn them into one. Unfortunately these users are very busy and I have not been able to try this fix from Cna93 I will give it a try and let you know. I was about to wipe the drive and move back to 10.9.2 hope I don't have to do that.

Unfortunately this was not a fix for my issue. I believe my issues may be different that these listed here. The issues my users are getting are strange partical efects when rendering video in Adobe Premier or Final Cut. I am certain that this is related to the 10.9.3 update. I had one use update last week and these issues started right after the update. Another user updated yesterday when these same issues started on his.
