How do I block certain web sites in iOS7?

I just got a new iPodTouch and it starting accessing a web server I always block on my Mac. How do I block it on an iPodTouch?

iPod touch, iOS 7.1.1

I think I accidently started up Safari, and it started accessing Google as a search engine. On my Mac, I block all Google web sites in my firewall. I want to not only block Google's web sites but also accesses to Google servers that are embedded in most web pages.


I'd also like a better choice of search engines, but I can get StartPage.com and DuckDuckGo by just typing the URL.
