iCloud is designed for personal rather than business use, so you should be aware that Apple places limits on things like email (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4863), contacts and calendars (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4489).
It is possible to set up multiple accounts on a single device, but the second ("secondary") account can only sync mail, contacts, calendars, reminders and notes. Only the main ("primary") account can be used for
only the primary account can be used for iCloud Bookmarks, Photo Stream, Documents and Data, iCloud Backup and Find My iDevice. Also, mail in the secondary account is fetched on a periodic schedule as push mail is only supported in the primary account.
If you still want to do this, you would create your primary account by going to Settings>iCloud and signing in with your Apple ID. You would then add your secondary account by going to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Add Account>iCloud and signing in with a different Apple ID.
