Sorry for my bad language. But i have a silly question about bbm on iphone.
I have turn off access cellular data for bbm, turn off background refresh, location data, but why my iphone still sending notification message from my friend list and group.
Any one here who feel the same ?
Note : i'm use iphone 5 and IOS 7.1.1

BBM is not an Apple product. Best ask in Blackberry forum.
but i'm using iphone here, not blackberry device. I'm using ios and download from apple store.
why i can't ask for apps from apple store?

Because you have Notifications set to on for the BBM app.
Settings > Notifications > BBM -turn everything off.

But there's something weird ( I think ) because when IOS 7 comes up with some privacy setup, they got some good stuff for iphone, i can choose which one run on mobile network and the others run on wifi. But when i download BBM for iphone, why they still can run altough i not connected to wifi.
Are this is kinda bug or something? Any geek here have seen this or have same experience like me
Note : I curious on this because this is like i have a lot of APPS still run on background ( All hail NSA... 😁😁 ) ..

No.
You can choose which apps are allowed to access cellular data (in Settings > Cellular) if those apps are programmed to use cellular data.
You cannot choose which apps utilize wifi or cellular data. That is programmed into the apps.

No.
It is working as it is designed.
It is using cellular data, not wifi.
You can stop it from accessing cellular data in Settings > Cellular.
BBM for iphone still send notification, although i have turn off cellular data
