My email signature keeps changing?

Hello all,

I have a question regarding mail on OSX10.9. I am using Mail 7.2, and when I input a signature, it looks fine and it was working fine. However, yesterday it stopped being alligned and now it keeps moving around. I have tried creating a new signature, I have also look at the idea of writing an html signature. I am not sufficiently proficient to code my own signature and I'm not sure what to do?

Any suggestions on how to make a signature, allign and stay how I want it to look?
