May 16, 2014 11:00 AM in response to LastHourby varjak paw,If your employee believes the account to be his, not the previous employee's, have the employee go here:
and click on "Forgot your Apple ID?". He may be able to recover the account. If not, your employee will need to call Apple Support, ask to speak with Account Security, and work with them to recover that Apple ID so he can release the Activation Lock.
If you believe that the account belonged to the previous employee and you cannot contact that person, there will be no way you can recover that account. You will need to contact Apple Support and provide them with proof that your company is the original legal owner of the iPod and they should be able help.
Regards.

May 16, 2014 11:14 AM in response to LastHourby LastHour,Okay. I discovered the email on the iCloud account, but it is not for our exiting employee. It must be for the employee that had it previously. Now for the daunting task to track them down.
