Q: Null-error and Connection lost on tcp port read

Hi, really need help to solce this issues.

Everytime I try to send my book I see these errors finally:

Apple's web service operation was not successful

Unable to authenticate the package: 9785968413437.itmsp

ERROR ITMS-9000: "null" at Book (MZItmspBookPackage)

An exception has occurred: Connection lost on tcp port read

Could not start delivery: all transports failed diagnostics

Creating a new Signiant Transfer Engine because the previous transfer had to be canceled. This session is at risk of running out of available system resources.

Before I had errors like "u-tag cannot be there, at line N" and so on. Now just NULL-error with tcp port read problems.

Help me, please!

What type of internet connection are you using?

The error seems to be a network modem issue

I had this issue too. Was able to send but not receive. What I did;

1. I saw where someone said change the incoming port to 995. Did not work.
2. Changed the incoming port back to 110. I noticed that Authentication was set for Authenticated POP (APOP). Set that to Password. Works now. HTH.
