Q: Recently I don't hear all rings. it is not silenced. i can be right next to it.

that still doesn't explain when I call myself from landline it rings....

My mom called me yesterday and it rang.

The contractor calls and it doesn't ring. I keep missing his calls even when I am waiting for them....next to me

I also have vibrate on but not feeling it. Can it be from the caller????

this means I should hear all rings unless I silence it, then only vibrate, like I always have had it?
